Salomon Hologram

The Salomon Hologram is the member of the ShadowFit family that is made to go big.

The Hologram has a flex rating of 6/10, so it is responsive and but still has enough flex to let you tweak it out grabs and presses.

The ShadowFit Baseplate has a flexible heel loop that is made to form and fit tightly around your boot, without sacrificing strength or performance. The strength is kept in the heel loop with a Kevlar QuickWire.

You can move the adjustable toe ramp so that you are always getting the most pressure out of your toe side turns.

The padding and shock absorbtion on the Hologram is the highest that they make, without being so soft that you lost response for turns. The canted footbed is set at 2.5 degrees, made to take the pressure off your knees and put you in a more natural position.

The Universal Disc means that you can mount the bindings on any board.

The Holograms are going to be a good binding for someone who is looking for tough, but responsive bindings that are made for freestyle riding but will still perform well all over the mountain. They have the features to keep them responsive for hard riding, big jumps and powder, but enough flex and padding to take card of rough jibbing in the park.
