The Saga Mutiny has the Saga Signature fit, so there is plenty of room for movement in the jacket. It has a 10k waterproof rating, as well as a 10k breathability rating. At 10k/10k it is going to keep you dry on the outisde, as well as letting the jacket breath from the inside.
It is a warm jacket, with 60gm of insulation in the body of the jacket, and 40gm in the arms. The critical seams of the jacket are taped, so no moisture is going to sneak in through those.
It comes in two colorways, darkness and buckfever.
It has loads of pockets, enough for your goggles, pass, phone and two hand warmer pockets.

I couldn’t find anywhere that has the 2015 Mutiny in stock, only the 2017 on the Saga site.
