The GNU Billy Goat is an aggressive, directional twin snowboard that is made to carve just as well as it floats in pow.
The Billy Goat has the C3 BTX camber profile, which has a mild rocker section between your feet, that blends into aggressive camber towards the tip and the tail.
The rocker section adds a little bit of playfulness, but the overall feeling of the board is going to be a stable, solid board that wants to go fast.
It has the Mini Magne-Traction, that is a more mellow version of the original. It still has the serrated edges, so you are still going to have strong edge hold on the icy days, but without the hooky feeling.
The flex rating of the board changes with the size, it has a 6.5/10 rating on the 156cm version, that works its way up to a rating of 8/10 on the 163cm Mid Wide.
The core is made up with a strong Aspen spine, that has Golden Poplar on each side to keep it strong, light and poppy.
There is a hard and fast sintered base, which does a good job of soaking up wax and keeping you going fast.
