The Capita Tree Hunter is one of the unique powder boards in the Spring Break collection, that was designed by Corey Smith.
The Capita Tree Hunter has the Surflite core, that is made to be strong, light and floaty in pow. It is made up of a combination of blocked Balsa through the core, which has Beech in the midsection of the board, with Poplar along the rails.
It has the Surf Rocker camber profile, which is flat from insert to insert (bindings). It then blends into large surf rocker sections on the tip and the tail.
There are forged carbon diamond sections under the binding inserts, made to keep it strong but very light.
The base is sintered, so it is going to be fast, hard and do a good job at soaking up wax.
Overall, the Tree Hunter has a flex rating of 6.5/10.
